Safegate Safety Solutions conducts site and facility inspections to identify violations of OSHA standards and other unsafe work practices. A Safegate OSHA compliance audit or inspection sets forth inspection findings and provides a remedial roadmap for corrective action to achieve the objective of a safe workplace.

• Representation at Informal OSHA Conferences
When OSHA issues citations for violations, there is a (15) fifteen day interim period in which the cited firm can request an informal conference. This provides a company with the opportunity to be proactive and mitigate the violation(s). Safegate assists clients by analyzing citations and developing a safety program that includes management training to correct the violations which often helps in fine abatement.

• OSHA Intervention
A company has the right to have a representative accompany an OSHA inspector during routine inspections. A Safegate representative will act as the company's representative.
